Let’s work towards adopting an International Yoga Day.

It helps us to become a cultured and admirable human being and help us to acquire vast knowledge in life. It sharpens our mind. It’s not only a physical exercise; it’s just the way how we lead our life.
Yoga is an exact science. It aims at the harmonious development of body, mind and soul. Everyone should follow one Yoga as their primary Yoga (based on their character). Then we must combine it with Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga etc.

In advanced Yoga Program it is control of one’s senses. Inspite of practicing yoga if one don’t control their senses, they never will be successful. The perfection of yoga is achieved when one attain the stage of Samadhi with total control on our body, mind and soul.
Mudra Yoga also help us to keep our body and mind pure and lead us to life fulfilment. When we activate our nerve system in body, it improves the flow of energy system smooth. Our body system is a super fantastic machine created by almighty creator. It is controlled by the super power “brain” in it. The activities are controlled by the mind. The pressure exerted on certain point of the body, hands energizes certain points in brain.
The science of Mudras deals with the controlling of Pranic forces in the human body, subsiding the extra energy and directing pranic forces to appropriate part of the body. Yoga therapy and mudra meditation keep the human healthy.
Human body is made of five elements namely Fire, Air, Sky, Earth and Water. The disorder in these five elements are the cause of body ailment and imbalance of mind. Yoga and Mudra meditation helps one to balance the elemental variation. The mudra meditation doesn’t depend on any faith and it yields positive results.
